Information Overwhelm Solution
May 4, 2008 | Leave a Comment
Are you suffering from information overwhelm? I know I am.
As you can probably make out I am new to blogging and very much in the learning stage when it comes to Internet Marketing, SEO, monetizing your site, PPC , Adsense, affiliate marketing, and all the other stuff you need to know to make a living on the Internet. I have a ton of information to get through and right now no structured plan for doing so. Hence the feeling of panic which is sweeping over me when I think of all I need to read, understand and implement before I get anywhere.
The main problem being that all of this stuff takes time, and I still need to spend a lot hours per day running my current business.
I have never really been one for structured timetables, and prefer to go with the flow - but I am beginning to see that some kind of planning and time managment system might be a good idea. Read more

Money For Nothing
April 29, 2008 | Leave a Comment
Is it possible to get money for nothing? We all have it drummed into us that there is no such thing as a free lunch.
Well maybe there is. At least according to Larry Crane who teaches the Release Technique, and has helped thousands of people worldwide to do just that.
He calls it the ‘Butt System’ a term he learned from his own teacher Lester Levenson.
Larry reckons that it is possible to get whatever you want just by sitting on your butt and releasing all fears and limiting thoughts associated with your desire. Read more

A Vision Board That Is A Vibrational Match For Your Desires - Part 2
April 23, 2008 | Leave a Comment
Whilst you are in the process of defining your goals, there will be an ongoing conversation taking place between your head and your heart. It is quite subtle. You may not realize it is happening. But becoming aware of it is very necessary to the process. Creating a vision board using the software I use - there are three different stages to go through for each goal.
First of all you choose a picture. This part of the process needs careful attention. You have to choose one that feels right. Taking the example of a car - you find a nice photo of a red car, upload it to your vision board and then sit back and get a feel for what it conveys. There will be a vibrational energy that is either right or not. Read more

A Vision Board That Is A Vibrational Match For Your Desires - Part 1
April 21, 2008 | Leave a Comment
In my last post I talked about the vision board software I use to create my own vision boards. For more information on this go to http://www.visualizeyourgoals.com/cgi-bin/t.cgi?a=461891
In this post I am going to talk a little bit about what goes into making your vision board work for you. Before you even begin to think about what you want, you need to be aware that your head may want certain things and your heart others. You have to reach a point where your head and your heart are both on the same page.
For your head - read conscious mind, for your heart - subconscious. Often these two are fighting meaning that you can spend a long time affirming what you want, and never seem to get anywhere. Read more

Vision Board Software
April 20, 2008 | Leave a Comment
Here’s some info about some vision board software that I’ve been trying out recently - which seems to be working. For anyone who doesn’t know what a vision board is - it is a board on which you paste pictures of your goals, dreams and desires, and the theory is that by looking at this board on a daily basis, the things you want will come to you. As if by magic. Read more

Let Go & Enjoy Greater Success, Peace & Prosperity!

One of the most useful self-help methods I have found to date is the Sedona Method. In my journey towards greater growth I have experimented with a number of such techniques, and many of them worked to an extent, but never gave the sense of really diving deep, or of helping me become more open to life at all levels.
The Sedona Method encourages letting go rather than gathering more and more. In the business world, the desire for success is the bottom line. But the very act of wanting something can can keep it out of reach. I began to notice how much stuff I wanted compared to how much I really needed. I also noticed that the more I craved and desired - the more I tended to get stuck in this state - I was always wanting something. And I was generally frustrated. Read more
